VDL PMB - TOM DD

The TOM DD is our twin arm over-rolling machine. Its unique glueing system guarantees that there will be no loose wraps of the leave, even after middle cutting. As for its flexibility, it can produce all popular types of cigars. The TOM DD aims to over-roll quality bunches faster than other over-rolling machinery in a compact design. The perfect combination of existing proven cam technology with modern Servo and PLC techniques to over-roll bunches at a higher speed with better quality cigars as a result. It can handle up to 150 cigars double length per minute.

VDL PMB - MRC

The MRC machine is an upgrade of PMB´s well-known MID/MIL conventional natural wrapper over-rolling machine. It over-rolls a single or double-length bunch (semi-finished product) by natural wrapper at a speed of ± 16 CPM. The operator and the size of the cigar will determine the actual speed.
